At Leading in Faith, our mission is to guide early to late adolescents and their families toward personal growth, spiritual grounding, and emotional resilience. Through faith-centered youth development, we equip young people with the tools for conflict resolution, self-awareness, and inner confidence—empowering the next generation to lead with purpose and peace.

Leading in Faith was created from a simple but powerful desire—to build a space where faith, purpose, and community come together to inspire real change. What began as a vision to encourage young people to stay grounded in their beliefs has grown into a faith-based nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth, families, and communities through outreach, mentorship, and leadership development.
We believe that faith should not only be spoken, but lived out in everyday actions. Through community service projects, wellness initiatives, mentorship opportunities, and faith-inspired resources, we strive to help individuals grow spiritually, emotionally, and personally while discovering their God-given purpose. Leading in Faith was founded on the belief that everyone has the potential to lead with purpose when guided by faith. Our heart is especially for youth navigating life’s challenges, offering them encouragement, support, and tools to build confidence and resilience.
